Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Green Thumb Foods Oatmilk
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and cardamom
  • pinch of ground ginger, optional
  • peanut butter and granola for topping

Directions

  1. Add water and oatmilk concentrate to make oatmilk.
  2. Heat the oat milk, add spices then bring to a simmer. Take off the heat and add the tea bag, let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spoon into serving containers and cover.
  4. Let the chia pudding chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

 

Serve with coconut whipped cream and granola if desired.
