Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Green Thumb Foods Oatmilk
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and cardamom
- pinch of ground ginger, optional
- peanut butter and granola for topping
Directions
- Add water and oatmilk concentrate to make oatmilk.
- Heat the oat milk, add spices then bring to a simmer. Take off the heat and add the tea bag, let it sit for 10 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
- Stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup until combined. Let sit for 5 minutes, then spoon into serving containers and cover.
- Let the chia pudding chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve with coconut whipped cream and granola if desired.
