SPRING IS HERE🌸 here’s our go-to morning protein smoothie bowl👏🏻🫐✨
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop Green Thumb Foods Pea Protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 drops vanilla crème Sweet Leaf Stevia
- Topping: blueberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds.
Directions
- Blend everything in a blender and pour into a bowl.
The trick to making smoothies thick is having the right frozen fruit to liquid ratio. Too much liquid will yield a watery smoothie. Too little, and it won’t blend. To get soft-serve consistency, make sure all your fruits are frozen and add water a little at a time 🥰
