SPRING IS HERE🌸 here’s our go-to morning protein smoothie bowl👏🏻🫐✨

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop Green Thumb Foods Pea Protein
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 drops vanilla crème Sweet Leaf Stevia
  • Topping: blueberries, chia seeds and hemp seeds.

Directions

  1. Blend everything in a blender and pour into a bowl.

The trick to making smoothies thick is having the right frozen fruit to liquid ratio. Too much liquid will yield a watery smoothie. Too little, and it won’t blend. To get soft-serve consistency, make sure all your fruits are frozen and add water a little at a time 🥰
