Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Vegan Greek Yogurt*
- 2 Tbsp Green Thumb Foods Pea Protein Powder
- Heaping ½ Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder, or Cacao Powder
- 3 -5 tsp liquid sweetener
- ½ Tbsp Oatmilk to thin out as needed
- 3 slices protein bread (we love Chompies bread or Sola
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients into a bowl until thoroughly combined and thick spread forms.
- Spread on toast and add desired toppings! (raspberries & pistachios, strawberries & PB, blueberries, and hemp seeds)
*(regular dairy-free yogurt works too but the thicker the yogurt the better, you don’t want your spread runny)
