Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3/4 cup Green Thumb Foods Protein Powder
  • 2 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup / allulose for sugar-free
  • 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips of choice

Directions

  • Line a pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add coconut flour and pea protein powder and mix well.
  • In a small mixing bowl, melt your peanut butter and maple syrup until combined smooth. Add to dry ingredients and mix until fully combined (should be like cookie dough consistency)
  • Transfer peanut butter protein bar batter into the lined baking dish and press firmly in place. Refrigerate or freeze until firm (20mins)
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and chill in the fridge until the chocolate has set. Once firm, cut into bars or bite-size bits!
