They are made with our unflavored pea protein powder (made with 1 ingredient only) for an extra boost of protein!

Here’s the recipe!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup + 2tbs tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup Green Thumb Foods Pea Protein
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2-4 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips
- 2-4 tablespoons of water
Directions
- Mix everything in a bowl except for chocolate chips and water
- Slowly add water if the batter is too dry. Depending on the consistency of your cashew butter, you may need to add water to get everything to stick. Not too much though because then the batter will be too soft to roll.
- Chill in the fridge for 20 mins then roll into bite-sized balls. Roll in mini chocolate chips then enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days!
