Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw oats
  • 1 scoop Green Thumb Food’s Pea Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
  • 1 scoop Green Thumb Food’s Oatmilk
  • ½ cup water
  • Dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice & clove
  • 1-2 tbs agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. First blend oatmilk concentrate and water to make oat milk. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
