Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 scoop Green Thumb Foods pea protein powder
  • ½ cup Green Thumb oatmilk, prepared
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp crushed gingersnaps
  • A pinch each of powdered ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves
  • Toppings: 1-3 crushed ginger snaps (options for decorating), Pecans

 

Directions

  1. Add oats, pea protein, and spices into a bowl and stir.
  2. Prepare oatmilk using 1 scoop of Green Thumb Foods oatmilk powder and 1/2 cup of water.  Add crushed gingersnaps, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Microwave for 1min 30 seconds
  4. Add desired toppings!
